The Red Drum (Redfish)

(Family )Sciaenops ocellatus

Average fish 20lbs or less. Copper/brass in color. Back not as arched in girth as on the Black Drum, and has the very distintive round spot near the base of the tail.
Edible - considered both food and gamefish.
